About Nicole

Nicole Burnham is the author of over twenty romance novels, including the popular Royal Scandals series. Her third novel, The Knight’s Kiss, won the RITA award, the highest honor given to works of romance.

Nicole has also written seven full-length novels and several shorter works for teens under the name Niki Burnham. Her debut title for teens, Royally Jacked, was named a Teen People Pick.

Nicole is originally from Colorado. However, as the daughter of an Army dentist, she’s had the opportunity to live all over the world, graduating from Mannheim American High School in Mannheim, Germany. She received her BA in Political Science magna cum laude from Colorado State University, then both a MA in Political Science and her JD from the University of Michigan. She practiced law briefly before pursuing a writing career. She currently lives in Boston, Massachusetts, but continues to travel abroad as often as possible.
